These are my very first giclée prints and I must say I couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the reproduction is amazing, it looks exactly like the original painting. The colors are bright and you can even see some very subtle nuances and brush strokes here and there. The 100% cotton paper has a natural white finish with a slightly textured matte surface.

“Dinner in town 3/4 - Wait, I’m taking a juice!”
I painted this illustration for my solo exhibition Itadakimasu at Outré Gallery in Melbourne, Australia.
This series of 4 paintings show our characters Yû and Rei, 2 gourmand little ghosts, heading to a restaurant and making a few stops on the way.
In this image, we see them stopping in front of a Masked Shiba vending machine to grab a juice.

Ce sont mes premiers tirages utilisant cette technique d’impression et je suis vraiment épaté par le rendu. La reproduction est d’une fidélité incroyable, on croirait voir le tableau original. Les couleurs sont intenses et on peut distinguer des nuances subtiles dans les aplats ici et là. Le papier 100% coton est d’un blanc éclatant et apporte une légère texture à l’oeuvre.

J’ai réalisé cette illustration pour mon exposition solo Itadakimasu chez Outré Gallery à Melbourne, Australie. Cette série de 4 tableaux a pour personnages Yû et Rei, 2 petits fantômes gourmands qui se dirigent vers un restaurant et font quelques haltes en chemin.
Sur cette image, on les voit s’arrêter devant un distributeur de boissons aux couleurs de Masked Shiba pour y prendre un jus de fruits.
