ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, company name, unit…), and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.


SHIPPING

All orders are carefully packaged by Laura in our little office in the south of France.
She tries her best to process all orders within 4 business days of receipt but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, sales, etc...).
You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.

Shipping rates vary depending on the size of the item and on your country. We strive to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, and we offer reduced shipping rates on some item orders, or free shipping (please see “FREE SHIPPING” section).


⚠️ Due to the conflict in Eastern Europe:

Air connections are still suspended to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. Parcels and letters are routed by road, so there will be important delivery delays. Tracking informations may be incomplete after its departure from France.
Delays may occur for the following destinations as well (+4 to 8 days): Georgia, Moldova, Azerbaïdjan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, China, Korea, India, Vietnam, Thailand.

Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

LATIN AMERICA* , SOUTH AFRICA, ISRAEL, EMIRATES:
Please note that because of postal services in these countries being slow to register, handle and deliver parcels, we cannot guarantee that you will get it in the estimated delivery time. However, to avoid any trouble, all orders ship with a tracking, an insurance and your signature is required upon delivery.
So if there’s any issue, we should be able to make it right in a way or another, but please be patient and understanding.

PRE-ORDERS

Occasionally some items are made available for sale on our website as a pre-order. This means that the item is not available right now and that the production will start once pre-orders are closed. These items are marked as “pre-order”, with an estimated date for arrival listed in the item description.
If you purchase an item on pre order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order right away and then, when the item is in stock and ready to ship, you’ll receive shipping confirmation e-mail.

If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, your order will ship in one package, when the pre-order item becomes available. If you want to get your other items first, please place separate orders.

While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order do happen and it’s beyond our control. But don’t worry! If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.


FREE SHIPPING

Orders over 50€ get free shipping to France.
Orders over 120€ get free worldwide shipping.


TRACKING

Parcels always come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you the day they ship.

International parcels are handled by La Poste or Colissimo (parcel service from La Poste) until they leave France and are trackable HERE.
Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services (or DPD in some European countries) take over. This means you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first, to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you informations that we don't have. Don’t hesitate to use your tracking number time to time to follow the journey of your package.

Please note that:
- If the tracking says the parcel has been delivered, no dispute will be possible. If you have any doubt, we advise you to choose a delivery with signature at checkout.
- The tracking is active during 60 days so we won't be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period (except for Latin America and South Africa).

DELIVERY

Your order will be sent and delivered to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense, or refunded (product value only, minus the shipping fee, as we already incurred it).

If you are absent on the date of delivery or if your parcel doesn’t fit your mailbox, the carrier will leave a notice which can be used to collect the package at the post office/pick-up station and for the time indicated (10 to 15 days depending on your country). This information is available by tracking your package on the internet as well. If your parcel is sent back to us because you didn’t picked it up, it will be re-shipped at your expense, or refunded (minus the shipping fee).

If your package or items have been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us promptly, and attach pictures to your email (packaging and damaged products).
If possible, please address any issue concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bended products...) to the carrier when you receive your order. Thank you!


Customs / ADDITiONAL TAXES

We are shipping from France so if you’re ordering from outside of the European Union please be aware that you may be charged with import taxes and duties depending on your country’s rules, and we can not take responsibility for it.


RETURN / REFUND

In case of refund, please contact us promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will provide the return address information once your refund has been approved.

We don’t do exchanges, only refunds. If you want another size or another item, you just have to send your item back to us and then place a new order.

Please note that :
• only t-shirts and hoodies are eligible for return
• you can ask for a return within 14 days of receipt. Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to send the items in their original condition (properly folded with the tag attached)
if you’re shopping for a present and fear not to meet the 14-day deadline please give us notice beforehand
• returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense
• we encourage you to ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble (delivery upon signature is not mandatory, a tracking service is enough)
• please make sure your item doesn’t smell perfume before sending it back (yes, it happens 😅)
• damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense
• initial shipping costs are non-refundable
